Leave the paperwork to us! We’ll handle all documentation, schedules, building permits, and town planning to ensure a smooth and efficient construction process.
Step 3: Contract
It’s time to make it official. We’ll review and finalize your contract documents, ensuring every detail is covered. Once signed, we’ll provide insurance certificates, including domestic builders and project-specific warranty coverage.
Step 4: Construction
Your custom modular home will be expertly built in our Hybrid Livin’ construction facility over 20 weeks, delivered to your site, and connected to utilities. After a final inspection with you, it’ll be time to move into your new custom home!
